6.00 p.m: Let’s explore Vietnamese cuisine in the historic Old Quarter with a local guide. Immerse yourself in the bustling lifestyle, enjoy street food, and learn about Vietnamese culture

Start the tour with a bowl of traditional pho, known for its savory broth and tender noodles. Enjoy a classic banh mi sandwich filled with pate, grilled meats, and sausage in a crispy baguette.

Taste grilled fatty pork with rice noodles, fresh herbs, pickled carrots, and green papaya, with a flavorful dipping sauce.

For dessert, enjoy xôi chè, a delightful mix of savory sticky rice and sweet dessert soups.

Finally, conclude your tour with a unique experience: making Vietnam’s famous egg coffee at a local café. Our guide will share the intriguing story behind this iconic drink, walk you through each step of its preparation, and offer you the chance to savor it yourself. This special treat promises to be a memorable highlight of your journey!

Kindly note that the order of the food places can be changed according to the guide’s arrangement. The dishes may change according to the tour guide, the weather, or the places visited, but tours will usually include a total of 6 to 7 dishes to taste.

Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, blends ancient charm with vibrant modernity. Famous for its Old Quarter, scenic lakes, colonial architecture, and the unique Train Street, Hanoi offers a captivating mix of history, culture, and bustling street life.

• 8:00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. Start your day at Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest pagoda, located on a small island in West Lake. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful lake views while learning about this historical site that dates back over 1,500 years.
• Next, head to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to discover the way that Uncle Ho found to get the independence for Vietnam. He was a president of a country but he was so humble. His life influenced a lot of teenagers in Vietnam
• After the Mausoleum, visit Hanoi’s famous Train Street. This unique spot allows you to experience the narrow railway where trains pass through the heart of a residential area. Be mindful of the train schedules and enjoy the unique scene, which is perfect for some memorable photos.
• Take a break and enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch.
• Next visit the Temple of Literature, dedicated to Confucius and home to Vietnam’s first national university. Wander through its serene courtyards, ancient trees, and traditional Vietnamese architecture, which offer a peaceful retreat in the city.
• Head to Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi. Stroll around the lake, relax by the water, and don’t miss the iconic red Huc Bridge leading to Ngoc Son Temple. This peaceful lake is a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
• Finish the tour and the tour guide will take you back to your hotel

8h00: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We will take you to Ninh Binh province which is about 120 km far from Hanoi Old Quarter.

Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax

Arrive and start visiting Hoa Lu ancient capital, then park the bicycle and walk to visit Hoa Lu. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century.

Have Lunch at a local restaurant

Visit Trang An by 1.5- hour on the boat ride. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, clouds, sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people call “Halong Bay on land”.

Get in the car to return to Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at the Hotel. The trip ends!

08:20 – 8:50: Our driver picks you up by private car (tour guide on cruise)

10:30: Arrive in Hai Duong province and have a 20-minute short break.

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.

12:00 – 12:30: Transferred by speedboat to Rita Cruise. Welcome to Rita Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check in your cabin.

13:00 – 13h30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood buffer or set menu lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

Continued cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor belonged to Cat Ba area.

15:00: Mingling in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Customers will participate in outdoor activities and choose options between Kayaking Or sitting on bamboo boat for about 1 hour.

16:00: The Ship moves to Tra Bau area and reaching there at 16h50. Here you are free to swim around the boat for 45 minutes.

17:30 – 18:30: Enjoy Afternoon Tea Party with free freshly prepared snacks fruit and your ordered favorite drinks while waiting for sunset on Lan Ha Bay. Take advantage of the Happy hours “Buy 2 get 1 free” drink program at the Mimosa Cafe Lounge and the Sky bar on 5th floor

18:30 – 19:10: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef Rita Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

19:10 – 19:30: Dinner will be served at the restaurant on the 4th floor.

After dinner, you have free time to participate in nightlife activities such as Squid Fishing on the 1st floor, listen to music, enjoy drinks or Singing Karaoke in our special room on 5th floor, please contact us to register.

06h30 – 07h00: Tai-chi exercise at 5th floor Sundeck to welcome a new day (Optional)

07h00 – 7h45: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee then having breakfast at our restaurant.

08h00: The Ship Passing by the Frog Pond area for sightseeing where the Hollywood blockbuster movie King Kong was filmed.

Customers can take Sea Swimming or Go Kayaking in 45 minutes around the mother boat.

09h30: Back in your cabin, relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin. Check out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure.

10h00: Have buffet lunch at the cruise while cruising towards the port

11h00 – 11h20: Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat. Farewell

12h00 – 12h30: Return to Hanoi by Limousine (service reserved)

13h50 – 14h00: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax for 15 minutes.

7h30 – 11h45: Following the Highway to Lao Cai city with the comfort break

11h45 – 13h15: Bus on the mountain road approaching to Sapa Town. On the way you can see beautiful view, the valley with terraces field.

13h15 – 13h30: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

14h30: Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel and take a short walk to Cat Cat village which is the home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trekking down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, short time for photo with bridge and the waterfall then you will be trekking up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon. Driver picks up back to Sapa

17h00: Back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and overnight at hotel with night activities.

Trekking distance is about 2.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours

8:00: After breakfast in hotel, the driver & tour guide take you to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery.  

9:00: Reaching the altitude of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. (Spend about 1,5 hours for hiking and taking photos).  

11:30: Coming back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town.  

12:00: Lunch at local restaurant

Arrive Danang. Our  driver will pick you up at airport and head to Hoian. Upon your arrival and check-in at the hotel, enjoy some rest before beginning an enchanting journey through Hoi An’s vibrant culture, cuisine, and lantern-lit charm.

Our guide will pick you up from the hotel to begin a delightful exploration of Hoi An’s renowned culinary offerings and historical sites.

Kick off with a tasting adventure of Hoi An’s iconic street foods:

Morning: My Son Holy Land Exploration

9h00 AM: Explore My Son Holy Land

Spend two hours discovering the remnants of the Champa Kingdom, where temples and ancient red-brick monuments reflect a unique architectural style and religious devotion that spanned from the 4th to the 13th centuries. Explore the museum site and gain insight into the history and artistry of this UNESCO World Heritage site, with nearly 20 well-preserved structures surrounded by lush jungle.

12h30 PM: Return to Hoi An for Lunch

Head back to Hoi An and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese set menu lunch at a local restaurant, a perfect opportunity to relax and sample authentic local flavors.

Afternoon: Cam Thanh Coconut Forest & Basket Boat Tour

1h30 PM: Depart for Cam Thanh Village

After lunch, depart for the charming Cam Thanh Coconut Forest, where the famous basket boats are used to navigate the tranquil water channels.

2h00 PM: Coconut Forest Eco Tour

9h30 AM: Golden Bridge and Le Jardin D’Amour

Begin your exploration with a walk across the iconic Golden Bridge, which sits 1,400 meters above sea level, appearing like a silk ribbon amid the clouds. This 150-meter-long bridge, held up by giant stone hands, offers unparalleled views of the surrounding forests and Da Nang below. Conclude your adventure with a scenic cable car ride back down the mountain, then relax on the drive back to Da Nang.

Begin the journey with either Phở (a famous Vietnamese noodle soup with beef or chicken) or Bún Bò (Hue-style beef noodle soup). Discover the regional flavors and aromas that make each dish unique.

Nexxt, Try Bánh Xèo, a savory rice pancake filled with shrimp, meat, and bean sprouts, traditionally served with herbs and dipping sauce. Learn the art of eating it with rice paper and fresh greens.

Experience bustling city of Ho Chi Minh and the historic outskirts of Cu Chi. Venture to the impressive network of tunnels in Cu Chi and then make your way to the lively city for a tour some of its most popular destinations and markets.

Begin with a convenient hotel pickup at 7:45 AM by your guide making the drive to Cu Chi. Along the way, stop at a rest stop for a quick break at the local handicraft lacquer workshop where you will have a great chance to meet local disability workers and witness their skill to create such beautiful products. It is not compulsory to buy anything there unless you want to support those local workers.

Upon your arrival, explore how the Viet Cong lived and fought underground in these intricately constructed tunnels. As you head below the surface you see hidden entrances, traps, bunkers, hospitals, and kitchens.

At midday stop for a traditional Vietnamese lunch before the drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon.

Here you have the chance to tour the country’s busiest city. Make your first stop at the famed Ben Thanh Market where you can find vendor-lined streets with colorful arrangements of produce and crafts. Take time to buy a few unique items and practice your bargaining skills. Next, follow your guide to the War Remnants Museum to view the vast collection of wartime images dedicated to journalists and photographers who died during the French and American conflicts. Step back in time as you witness renowned French colonial structures, including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office. Observe the French architectural influence and beauty before being comfortably transported back to your hotel at 5:30 PM.

Discover the vibrant tropical fruits, gardens, riverside locals, and boat ports as you cruise down the canals of the Mekong Delta. In your wooden river boat, watch the passing homes on stilts, boat making workshops, and vendors along this scenic riverside cruise.

Begin your outing with a convenient hotel pick up start from 07:30 – 08:00, and then make your way to My Tho City. Watch as the bustling city views transition to serene rice fields and rural settings. On the way, you will have a visit at the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Upon your arrival, take a peaceful boat trip along the Tien River to Qui, also known as Tortoise Islet. This islet is also known by many other name.

Following, enter the Bao Dinh Canal to head into Ben Tre Province, or the country of coconuts. Here, learn about the local agricultural model known as Garden-Pond-Cage. Taste some local treats like coconut candy and honey tea as you sit back and relax on your wooden river boat in the comfort of the shaded canals covered by water-coconut trees.

At midday, break for an authentic Vietnamese meal at a local restaurant to taste the region’s traditional flavors. Afterwards, board your boat for an afternoon cruise to visit the marvelous tropical fruit gardens and to enjoy a Southern Vietnamese folk music performance by local islanders. After a relaxing cultural experience on the water, you are conveniently transported back to your Ho Chi Minh hotel at 17.30.

Our driver will pick you at the hotel and transfer to the airport. You’ll take flight back home and say goodbye to Vietnam
